General terms and conditions

First Hint

By submitting payment or an order, you represent that you are of full age and full legally competent. You understand that the use of tobacco products or other smoking products may be harmful, and recognize that smoking damages health.
Neither at the time of the purchase, nor at any later time, I can be held liable for that.

 

Second General

These terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and other services. All agreements require the written acknowledgment on my part. The purchase will be effective after the appointment (usually by email).
All offered pipes are unique and therefore only once in stock. Reservations will be made for 14 days. After elapse of this time a reservation is canceled.

 

Third Right of withdrawal

If the goods do not meet the expectations of the customer - the customer has the right to inspect the goods within 14 days of receipt (Fernabnahmegesetz) - the goods may be returned to me,
of course only in unused (unsmoked) condition. The withdrawal must be in writing or via e-mail. The return of insured shipping is my responsibility. If paid in advance the amount of money after receipt of the return will be returned promptly.
It should be noted that if necessary by wear or damage a resulting impairment may be withheld.

 

4th Invoice/Prices

Aufgrund der Kleinunternehmerregelung gemäß § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 Umsatzsteuergesetz (USTG) 1994 wird keine Umsatzsteuer in Rechnung gestellt. Die Rechnungsstellung erfolgt in Euro. Der jeweils angegebene Preis umfasst nicht die Liefer- und Versandkosten.

Due to the small business regulation § 6 § 1 Z 27 Value Added Tax Act (USTG) 1994 is made no sales tax. Invoices are issued in euros. The indicated price does not include Shipping costs.

 

5th Delivery and Payment

The shipment of goods occurs basically after bank transfer in advance or cash on pickup. After bank receipt the goods are shipped.
 

The following shipping costs will be charged:

insured shipping Austria EUR 6, -

insured shipping Europe EUR 15, -
 
insured shipping worldwide EUR 25, -

Shipping by Express is extra reimbursement at any time.

Free delivery for orders of EUR 250.00 is included in the purchase price within Austria.

6th Transfer of Risk

With the dispatch of the goods  the risk of transportation passes to the customer, unless the corresponding courier service is liable for insured parcels.
The customer is advised to check the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness and consistency. In case of defects I must be informed notational within 8 days of receipt.
 

7th Warranty

My warranty period for processing, or material defects is 12 months from date of purchase. When the goods arrive at the customer has to proceed as instructed in point 6, otherwise the warranty expires.
Normal wear and tear are excluded from the guarantee. I am also no liable for goods treated improperly by the customer.
